Manu National Park is one of the most biodiverse places on Earth and a key destination for ecotourism in the Peruvian Amazon. It stretches from the Andes of Cusco to the lowland rainforests of Madre de Dios, protecting more than one and a half million hectares of pristine forests, rivers, and tropical mountains.
Recognized by UNESCO as a World Natural Heritage Site, Manu is home to more than 1,000 bird species, 200 mammals, and hundreds of reptiles, amphibians, and butterflies.
